Maintenance Tips:
Report water leaks immediately - even the small ones. A small leak often becomes a bigger problem later.
All light bulb replacements are your responsibility. Please use the correct wattage and matching type that is already there to avoid light bulb charges at your move out.
Please monitor your energy bills. If water consumption suddenly doubles, there might be something wrong.
Change your A/C filters monthly for 1" and every 6 months for 4".
Please change smoke alarm batteries at your lease renewal.
Your outside faucets will be wrapped. If they are not, please contact us. Turn off your sprinkler system from November through March. This will lower your waste water bill.
Use your sink disposal responsibly. Do not use the disposal as a trash can.
Move-out Instructions:
Your property should look like it did when you moved in: clean.
This includes insides of everything: cabinets & appliances including dishwasher, washer & Tops of everything including ceiling fans, baseboards.
Replace any missing or burned out light bulbs with correct/matching bulbs.
The lawn should be mowed within a week of departure.
